Whether you’re in need of a space for a meeting, a party, somewhere to run your regular workshop, a welcoming place to form a peer support group or even an informal wedding reception… Thrivemind Village brings people together in our arty, joyful city-centre community hub!

Key Features

Flexible Seating

TMV can seat up to 30 people and fit 50 standing. There are spare fold up chairs and the main space is set up like an informal café, however you can move things around to make the space work for your group.

Vegan Kitchen

We have a brand new kitchen currently being installed in the space, which will have an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and food prep spaces.

Wifi

We have wifi which you can connect to and the password is written on a chalk board in the space, however we’ll provide you with all the info you need upon your booking.

Kid’s Space

Co-Founded by a single Mum, TMV supports parents by making sure there is a positive space for children permanently set up. There are toys, games, puppets, books and even a wooden boat donated by the museum which you can sit in!

Accessibility

TMV has 3 wheelchair ramps, one which goes outside onto the street, and the other two for inside the space to assist with the slight changes of levels in flooring.

Tea/Coffee Station

There are options for making hot drinks! We have catering flasks which can be filled with hot water or an urn to have boiling water on tap.

WC

We have a small toilet at the back of the building which the wheelchair ramps lead to, however it is quite narrow.

Nappy Changing

We have a basic nappy-changing spongey mat and offer free nappies and wipes for those that need it.

Sliding scale prices

We enthusiastically support our community with realistic price options for those who need it. Our minimum cost is currently £10 per hour, however we are a volunteer-led community project and we rely on the kind donations from those who can can afford it, to keeping doing the work we do. If you're in a position to help us stay afloat, please check the box that's for you! If you need to pay less then please email hello@thrivemind.eco for donation-based solidarity rates.
